FDA Mammography Location Finder

The Center for Devices and Radiological Health of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) maintains a Mammography Site Database at http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfmqsa/search.cfm

This database lists mammography locations within the fifty U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
